Here is a list of what we have planned.
Mudroom:
- Add wall with recessed doors between kitchen and soon to be mudroom.
- Remove laundry room wall (creating mudroom)
- Install ceramic tile in mudroom
- Paint mudroom
- Build bench with cubbies under it for shoes
- Build upper coat rack cubbie section
- Build cubbies above coat rack
Kitchen:
- Move cabinets in desk area to garage
- Move refrigerator into old desk area
- Add tall pantry cabinet next to fridge with wall cabinet over fridge
- Remove island and move stove over to where fridge used to be
- Install new base and wall Alder cabinets
- Tear up old tile floor
- Remove half wall behind sink counter
- Install quartz counter with overhang into nook with 2 person stool seating area
- Install subway tile backsplash
- Install new updraft microwave
- Install under cabinet lighting
- Install new tile floor
- Paint kitchen
Nook:
- Sand old oak hardwood
- Refinish oak floor
- Paint accent wall
